The world’s largest bakery company, Grupo Bimbo proudly presents the 9th edition of its global ‘Race with a Cause’ in India, as Harvest Gold Global Race on 29th September 2024 in DLF Parking, Gate Way Tower, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon. Get ready to lace up your running shoes and take on the challenge! Our iconic annual event aims to bring together people from all walks of life to not only conquer the distance but to also play a part in giving back to society. So, join us on 29th September with your families and friends to ’nourish a better world, as we look to donate 20 slices of bread to the underprivileged for every registrant running at the 2024 race.

RACE CATEGORIES (Physical Run)
Harvest Gold will donate 20 bread slices per registration
10 KM Run (Start Time - 6:00 AM, Age Criteria - 12yrs & above) - Registration fee Rs 1250/-
5 KM Run (Start Time - 6:10 AM, Age Criteria - 9yrs & above) - Registration fee Rs 950/-
3 KM Run (Start Time - 6:15 AM, Age Criteria - 6yrs & above) - Registration fee Rs 750/-
3 Km Walkathon (Start Time - 6:15 AM, Non-timed) - Registration fee Rs 750/-
REWARDS
- Winners (10K Run - One Man and One Women) would get a sponsored trip with a companion each to run the 2025 edition of the Bimbo Global Race in the host country. (Terms & Conditions apply)
- Trophies for top 3 fastest Men & Women in 10K, 5K, 3K categories (age category, by gun timing). No cash prizes
- Age Category wise rewards for all race distances & categories (by net timing)
- Walkathon which is a non-timed fun activity, hence no prizes.
Please Note*
Cut-off time for 10 km is 120 mins
Cut-off time for 5 km is 90 mins
Cut-off time for 3 km is 60 mins
Participants are requested not to carry their belonging to the event area or holding area.

REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
