TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the PUMA Nitro Run Contest, participants must:

i.) Enter the Competition through the registration process via the link provided by PUMA.

ii.) Each participant may enter the Competition only once.

iii.) Each participant needs to sign up for either of the run categories- 5K or 10K.
 
 2. VENUE

The Competition shall take place on 5th October 2025 at VEGAS MALL, Sector 14, Dwarka, New Delhi- 110078 or at such other places as may be solely decided by PUMA.
 
 

i. The Competition shall be valid for 1 (One) day on 5th October 2025 (“Competition Duration”).

ii. The top 3 (three) winners of the Competition, for both the categories (5K and 10K), shall be announced on the spot after the completion of the Competition by Puma Sports India Pvt. Ltd. (“PUMA”). The decision of PUMA and the relevant judging authorities shall be final and no Participant shall dispute/ challenge the same.

iii. PUMA may in its absolute and sole discretion curtail or extend the Competition Duration as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever.
 
 4. ELIGIBILITY

i. The participant must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age.

ii. The Competition is valid for residents of India.

iii. The participant must have a valid email address and phone number and provide the same to PUMA for the purpose of the Competition.

iv. The participant must follow the steps as appended above under the heading “How to Enter” and such other rules and regulations of the Competition as may be announced and implemented by PUMA prior or during the Competition Duration.

v. The participation in the Competition is purely voluntary and by participating in the said Competition, the Participant accepts the terms and conditions of the Competition fully and unconditionally.

vi. The participants must have a valid residential address, contact number, e-mail id along with appropriate identification proof and shall submit the same to PUMA as may be required by PUMA.
 
 5. GRATIFICATION

i. PUMA shall, at its sole discretion, announce the top 3 (three) winners, for both the categories, of the Competition on the spot after the conclusion of the Competition. The decision of PUMA and the relevant judging authorities shall be final and no Participant shall dispute/ challenge the same.

ii. The winners will receive a pair of PUMA Nitro Shoes and PUMA gift vouchers which can be redeemed for PUMA running shoes by the winners at the PUMA store in  (“Prize”). It is hereby clarified that the Prize shall be non-transferable and can only be claimed personally by the winners at the above-mentioned PUMA Store. The Prize accepted or awarded cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing sales/ offer at the time of redemption. No cash alternatives or substitute prizes will be made available or be given to the winners.

iii. PUMA may void/suspend/cancel or amend the Prize at its sole discretion in case the Prize cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of PUMA.

iv. PUMA shall not replace any lost, destroyed, or stolen products bought upon the redemption of the Prize by the winners. PUMA shall be under no obligation to replace the Prize or pay compensation if for any reason (including but not limited to Force Majeure Events) in the event the winners are unable to use the Prize.
 
 6. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS; DISCLAIMERS:

i. This Competition is being organized by PUMA and shall also include its affiliates, subsidiaries and successors for all the purposes in relation to the Competition.

ii. PUMA reserves its right to replace the winner, if the winner is disqualified or fails to fulfil the requirements of the Competition.

iii. The Participant may enter the Competition by registering themselves through the registration link as stated above. The Participant shall be allowed to register themselves only once. Multiple registrations will not be allowed and the same will disqualify a Participant.

iv. PUMA shall, at its sole discretion, announce the top 3 (three) winners for both the Categories (5K and 10K) of the Competition on the spot after the conclusion of the Competition. The decision of PUMA and the relevant judging authorities shall be final and no Participant shall dispute/ challenge the same. Each winner shall be given PUMA Nitro Shoes and PUMA gift vouchers applicable on PUMA Products.

v. Participants shall not be eligible for the Competition in the event any participant fails to:

a. follow the rules of the Competition;
 b. has any criminal record;
 c. fails to comply with any applicable laws,
 d. makes any offensive posts including but not limited to uploading any content (picture/text/any other content) of any kind that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity, pornography, is sexually explicit or against any religious sentiments or against any caste, creed or race or any material, which is offensive to women or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms and Conditions or the Advertising Code of the Advertising Standards Council of India.
 e. Uploads any content which in the reasonable opinion of PUMA, is obscene, offending or hurtful.

vi. Only such submissions of participants meeting the criteria as mentioned above and are otherwise compliant with these Terms and Conditions, shall qualify for the Competition and shall hereinafter be referred to as ‘Valid Entries’ or ‘Valid Entry’. The decision of PUMA with regard to validity of the entries shall be final and the PUMA shall not entertain any claim or communication with respect to that entry by the participant.

vii. The winners shall be given PUMA Nitro Shoes and PUMA gift vouchers each. Each winner can redeem the said gift vouchers at the PUMA Store, Vegas Mall Delhi on PUMA running products.

viii. By participating in the Competition, the participants hereby agree to all the terms and conditions stated above and authorize PUMA to use in any manner whatsoever their photographs, videos and images of the participant as captured during the Competition. The Participants shall further indemnify PUMA against any claim/loss accrued due to the authorized use of their images, videos, information and/or photographs.

ix. All the prizes in the Competition are non-transferable and cannot be licensed or assigned to any other individual and/or cannot be claimed/enjoyed/sought by anyone else other than the winners of the Competition. Further, the prize cannot be substituted for any cash payment or barter of any kind. The selection of the winners of the Competition will be aggregated at the end of the Competition Duration. The winners will be notified as detailed under these Terms and Conditions and the winners will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) or more. The prize shall be considered as forfeited if the winner does not meet the eligibility criteria or does not comply with these T&Cs.

x. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. If the winner does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Competition within the time period communicated, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize. PUMA decision on the winner shall be considered as final. All the PUMA merchandise/products provided to the winners shall be governed by the standard warranties.

xi. By participating in the Competition, the participants hereby agree to make themselves available for any promotional and/or marketing purposes and/or any publicity purposes. The participants further authorize PUMA to publish including but not limited to the images, videos, quotes of the participants in any manner whatsoever in both online and offline media channels and the Participants shall not have any claim with regard to the same.

xii. By participating in the Competition, the participants hereby authorize PUMA to use their Personal Information including but not limited to names, photographs, videos taken during the Competition and/or any such personal data for any marketing or promotional campaigns. Such use of the data by PUMA shall in no case be termed as invasion of privacy and personal rights and the Participants further indemnify Puma from all such claims and/or loss. By taking part in the Competition, the Participant hereby gives his/ her consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for PUMA. The participant may update or change their email preferences at the email preferences page.

xiii. Participation in this Competition shall be limited to this Competition only and in no manner shall entitle the participant to be eligible for any other contest that may be initiated by PUMA in the future. Further, the participants shall comply/abide with the rules/instructions given by PUMA and any non-adherence to the same shall result in disqualification. Any lack of cooperation shall entitle PUMA to forfeit the Prize in its entirety or pass on the Prize to another Participant at the sole discretion of PUMA.

xiv. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

xv. PUMA has no control over and is not responsible if for any reason/s whatsoever, if the said Prize/s cannot be availed/redeemed for any reason whatsoever and in no event shall be liable for any losses or any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever caused to the winner/s due to the same.

xvi. By participating into this Competition, the Participant(s) agree that PUMA shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Competition or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize/s awarded. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By participating in this Competition, the participant and/or their legal guardians (wherever applicable) accept all risk and consequences of entry and participation in this Competition, and agree to release and hold PUMA its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, agents and partners harmless from any and all consequences, liability, losses, damages (including without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death or damage to property) and costs and expenses, of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to this Competition, including but limited to the entry and participation in this Competition, the acceptance and/or use (or misuse) of any prize, printing errors, any claims based upon rights of publicity and invasion of privacy.

xvii. The Participant shall indemnify PUMA, its officers, directors, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, agents, employees and partners from and against all claims or suits and any damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to participant’s violation or inaccuracy of any warrantees or representations made relating to this Competition. PUMA assumes no responsibility for errors which may occur in the transmission of entrant’s entry. PUMA is not responsible for any fraud or misconduct on the part of the participants. Should a participant engage in fraud or misconduct of any nature, including but not limited to a violation of the official rules of the Competition, such participant shall be subject to immediate disqualification.

xviii. PUMA reserves the right to terminate, modify or amend the Competition at any time if the fairness, integrity, and or proper administration of the Competition is jeopardized. IN NO EVENT, SHALL PUMA BE LIABLE TO PARTICIPANT FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS COMPETITION. Participant’s sole damages shall be limited to participant’s actual out of pocket expenses, excluding attorneys’ fees.

xix. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND COMPETITION ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSES AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

xx. PUMA accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected participant entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUMA hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Competition. The user shall be solely responsible/liable to comply and abide by the rules, regulations, policies and obligations as mandated by any social media channel.

xxi. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between PUMA and Participant and the Participant shall have no authority to bind PUMA in any manner whatsoever.

xxii. All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with PUMA at all times and PUMA or any other of the PUMA Group Companies, affiliates shall be entitled to use the articles, database, material of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to you as a Participant.

xxiii. Participants shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/ entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify PUMA and its officers, directors, employees, etc. on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.

xxiv. PUMA has no control over communications networks or lines and does not accept any responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. PUMA shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. PUMA reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the said Competition.

xxv. Each Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the Competition, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of PUMA to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by PUMA to conduct further, similar or other Competition in future.

xxvi. PUMA reserves its rights to cancel, amend, suspend, withdraw, and/or reset the competition and the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

xxvii. The participation in the Competition as per the designated format will constitute the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Such acceptance by the participants shall be without any limitation.

xxviii. The Participant(s) hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bangalore, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Competition or any of the Terms and Conditions set out therein.

xxix. This Competition is subjected to applicable laws, Force Majeure Event and PUMA shall not be held liable for any act or omission of act due to such Force Majeure Event and/or any act or omission of acts owing to the compliance of applicable laws. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions and the Competition, “Force Majeure Event” shall mean and include any act, omission, commission, event or accident beyond reasonable control of either Party, which is not caused due to the fault, negligence or willful conduct of any Party including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, fire, explosion or accidental damage, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, war and hostilities, any labour dispute, actions or decrees of governmental bodies, medical emergencies such as epidemics (including but not limited to Cholera, Ebola, Malaria, Dengue Fever, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)) and pandemics (including but not limited to Corona Virus, Spanish Flu, Plague) etc.

xxx. No external agency shall use the data collected from the Registration process; PUMA is entitled and shall have rights to communicate with the participants.

XXXI. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

XXXII. By participating into this Competition, the Participant(s) consent to receive notifications and updates from PUMA.

By registering, you confirm that:
• You are Covid negative/double vaccinated and Medically,physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race.
• The organizer holds no responsibility for injury, loss, or damages.
• No refund for event cancellation due to natural disaster or administrative reasons.
• Photos/videos taken during the event may be used by organizers for promotional purposes.
• All decisions by the Organizer/Organizing Committee are final and binding.
